The Golden House

The color gold is the color of success, achievement and triumph. Associated with abundance and prosperity, luxury and quality, prestige and sophistication, value and elegance, the psychology of this color implies affluence, material wealth and extravagance.

Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. In the race to win the Champions trophy we are ahead of others and we will put all our efforts together in the coming days to realize our goal. The year 2015-16 has taught us to accept the moments of success and those of failure with indomitable spirit. Golden House has done exceedingly well in almost all events.

The Emerald House

Emerald opens and nurtures the heart and the chakra.The color green relents to balance and harmony.

"In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure." Emerald house participated in all the interhouse competitions with this motto and there was a positive vibration from the beginning of the year and the outcome was really visible in the results with the students of Emerald house winning maximum number of prizes in each event conducted.

The Ruby House

This house represents the qualities of red colour. Red is the colour of energy, passion and action. The colour red is a warm and positive colour associated with our most physical needs and our will to survive.

Red is energizing. It excites the emotions and motivates us to take action. It signifies a pioneering spirit and leadership qualities, promoting ambition and determination.

It is also strong- willed and can give confidence to those who are shy or lacking in will power. Being the colour of physical movement the colour red awakens our physical life force.

Students of Ruby house excelled especially in Sports and also they proved that they are not less than anyone in track and field too.

The Sapphire House

Sapphire stands for blue colour. The interhouse competitions which are conducted, fosters a healthy spirit of competitions as well as strong sense of unity among the members of the house. The house students have brought laurels to this house in the various competitions.

The team spirit confidence and co-operation of the students as well as the house tutors are set to make history at JIS. We hope in coming years victory will embrace us more than this.
